Children's Education Advisory Service is a Tri-Service organisation funded by the MOD. It was established to provide information and support to Service families and eligible MOD civilians on all aspects of the education of their children in the UK and overseas.
CEAS provides information and advice as well as supporting parents at meetings with schools, local authorities, at tribunal etc.
In 2005, CEAS produced, a Moving Schools Pack designed to help smooth the transition of children as they move from one to school to the next. The pack takes the form of three booklets, one for parents, one for pupils and one for schools.
