SCE have hosted two mobility conferences recently, in Nottingham and Cyprus, where teachers and school leaders have had the opportunity to meet with their colleagues in the UK. Some feedback from the days:

It was great to have the opportunity to share experiences with colleagues; interesting to hear from UK viewpoint. Enjoyed SEAL aspects of all presentations, good idea.

Really useful discussions. Very Impressed with mobility persona dolls, SEAL, positive playgrounds. Been a lot of change since my time at school, all for the better. Lots of creative, positive learning opportunities. (Playground advisors! Great idea)

It was great that the conference provided the opportunity to meet with & talk to colleagues who are working in situations very similar to mine, to exchange ideas, concerns & successes.

I feel I really benefitted from the opportunity to focus on what we feel matters the most in the work we do rather than on what “others” direct us to focus on, the opportunity to celebrate and share good practice and the opportunity to develop links with others is really valuable.
