Experience a virtual SCE school
This school has been designed so that you can follow a path through a virtual school. This virtual school is largely based on an SCE one however most of the resources could equally be applied to schools in the UK who support service children, young people and their families.
As you walk around the different areas of the school, you will find information, documentation, video presentations and more, to give you an idea of how SCE schools are aware of and address the needs of mobile learners and work to ensure continuity of provision and secure academic progression.
The aim of the virtual SCE school is to allow access to the range of resources and approaches used within SCE in a familiar context. While it is understood that users may have one particular area or age range of interest, having the full picture of SCE school life, with input from education professionals in each phase, provides a full and balanced representation. The resources are designed to be accessed in any order, as required by the reader.
